A rebrand is on the way for Ethereum Classic as the Ethereum Classic Labs Core has just changed to ETC Core according to a blog post published earlier this week.

The author of the blog post and coordinator for ETC Core technology, Stevan Lohja said that ETC Labs Core has changed to ETC Core. Lohja revealed that this change would help the firm to split itself off from ETC Labs, which one of the initial incubators that supported new and exciting projects on the Ethereum Classic blockchain.
