Despite doing some good business for itself, Ripple Labs has so far found it difficult to transmit the same results into its native crypto. Ripple crossed the newswires a few days ago with news that a Pakistani-based financial institution has joined RippleNet and will be using xCurrent to conduct cross-border payments. Faysal Bank Ltd. is one of the largest banks in Pakistan and, by this agreement, becomes the first bank in the country to join RippleNet. This news was confirmed by the bank’s Twitter handle.
