Ripple, the blockchain firm behind XRP cryptocurrency, has been active in boosting the mainstream adoption of XRP. As per the latest news, it has recently been announced that Ripple’s Xpring has partnered with BRD; the oldest and most widely known mobile wallet provider.

The senior vice president, Mr. Ethan Beard of Xspring has stated in an interview that the partnership is purely strategic with Xpring pledging to invest a sizeable ($750,000) fund into BRD while the mobile wallet provider integrates the XRP cryptocurrency into its platform in return.

It was further added via a press release that post-partnership between Xpring and BRD, the current users of BRD will find convenience not only in trading XRP, but sending it as a form of payment as well.
