Revised Draft Schedule 1 to Form 1040 Asks About Cryptocurrency (IRC §61)

Updated draft Form 1040, Schedule 1 released October 10. The new version asks taxpayers about cryptocurrency. Taxpayers will mark yes or no to the following question: “At any time during 2019, did you receive, sell, send, exchange, or otherwise acquire any financial interest in any virtual currency?” [Draft IRS Form 1040, Schedule 1]
