  • Akon’s Cryptocurrency Akoin has made a deal to support free digital payment transactions at Mwale medical and technology city (MMTC) in the Western Province of Kenya.
  • Akoin will process all the transactions within the city. The vision of this partnership expects a minimum of 1 million transactions in the first year and 100 million annually within 5 years.
  • MMTC is a community-owned metropolis with a medical and technology complex situated in the Butere Sub-county, Kakamega County, of the Republic of Kenya.

The Grammy-nominated singer, producer, and entrepreneur Akon’s cryptocurrency company Akoin has made a deal to support free digital payment transactions at Mwale medical and technology city (MMTC

Akoin will process all the transactions within the city

In Akoin’s official Twitter account, this announcement was roared saying Akoin announced a partnership with Mwale Medical and Technology City (MMTC) in Western Kenya.
